Our most loved, cult product, Hollie developed Sweet Sleep after experiencing sleep issues with her 18 month old son and discovering the powerful benefits of magnesium. Most of us are deficient in this vital nutrient and a topical cream is way more effective than a supplement. This beautifully soft body butter has been gently formulated to promote better sleep, and soothe other common ailments. And it really works!

This gentle balm is made by hand using the finest natural ingredients and scented with pure lavender essential oil. An essential piece of wellbeing kit for everyday life, it helps soothe sleep issues for everyone and alleviates menopausal symptoms in women. A grape-sized amount provides the 360mg of magnesium your body needs to feel the benefits

Top tip: Keep a pot by your bed, rub on the bottoms of your feet 20 minutes before sleep and give yourself a little feel good before getting the rest you need.

Use on anyone, from babies to adults to give sleep a gentle nudge.

Awesome product!

I bought my magnesium butter a few weeks ago and forgot about it. I took it home with me for Thanksgiving and we loved it. My step-mom has MS and after dinner her legs were hurting. I sprayed her legs with my magnesium spray and rubbed the magnesium butter all over her legs. She felt tingly and fell asleep asap. I took a hot shower and rubbed in my butter and passed out. Best sleep we've had in weeks. The butter also smells amazing!

Smells relaxing and helps with sleep, restless legs, etc

I was very skeptical on this purchase at first but I’m so happy I tried it. I sleep better, less issues with my legs, and it has a very calming effect. I tried the trial size but now just purchased a 60 day. I look forward at night to using this product. The lavender smells heavenly!

Amazing!!

I love this magnesium butter, I rub on my calves and take with a relax mushroom blend (I drink it). I sleep through the night ans am able to go back to sleep if I wake up. I wear and our ring and noticed that when I use the lotion my heart rate drops lower than it has ever before and I wake up feeling so rested. Highly recommend. My sleep game has been changed.

It’s all true

I’m extremely satisfied with this product. It does what the owner says it does. I’ve had zero leg cramping and tingling at night since I started using it one week ago. I’ve had seven restful nights of sleep and no tired legs during the day.

Miracle cream

I’ve suffered from insomnia for 35 years. You name it I’ve tried it. I also have neuropathy in my feet and hands. I’ve been hearing about how well magnesium oil helps for these conditions so I bought three different brands and this was the winner. You have a customer for life!
