My order started a bit bumpy. My pkg came broken and leaking. The company was quick to correct the loss. I love these products ie mag butter and elderberry elixir. So I got this as a sample on Black Friday. I read a review and someone rubs a pea size amount on the inside of their thighs to help regulate their hormones. I thought I would first try that. So I did in the evening before dinner. I get so relaxed. It’s a routine now. Then after dinner I rub the magnesium cream on my feet and after I rub what is left between my palms. Well I am a terrible sleeper. Hard to go to sleep, and hard to stay asleep or fall back to sleep. For the most part I stay asleep, and it doesn’t take long to get there. The first night my legs and arms were restless. It’s not the product. It’s your body lacking magnesium and it will adjust and go away. It did. For me it was one miserable night. The products are wonderful. .

Love that I finally found an all natural deodorant that actually keeps me odor free! I would prefer if it came with a little scoop since I don’t like how it gets under my fingernails. Other than that happy this works so well!

I do not sleep well. Ever. I have had this problems for 40 years. I function on four hours of sleep a night, but I know that is not healthy. I love this product! Soft and rubs on smoothy. I put this on the bottom of my feet or the back of my calf before bed time. I t helps me with my sleeping since I am going through menopause at a early age. Once you this amazing product on, unbelievably magic happens and then you re sleep! I slept through the night so peacefully. I can't wait to try the other products!
This product works, but it made the soles of my feet peel very badly. I tried the backs of my calves, but even rubbing on an hour before bed, made a mess on my sheets.
