Returns

At Sweet Bee Organics, we have a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Since our products are handmade and consumables, we cannot accept returns if they have been opened and used.

All returns are at the customer's expense.
(If you received an incorrect order, please get in touch first!)

Please ensure you include the packing slip that came with your order in the return so our fulfilment team can link your order to your account. This allows us to identify your order so we can process your exchange/refund.

Furthermore, please note that customers are responsible for obtaining and keeping their proof of postage until their return has been received and processed. This serves as evidence that the item was sent back.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit where no proof of tracking can be provided.
Once received intact and in a re-sellable condition, we shall exchange or refund your items.
