Lucky 7

Official rules, United States

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. A free mail entry route is available and is set out in full at section 4.

1. Sponsor

Lucky 7 (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Sweet Bee Organics Ltd., Unit 1 Station Approach, Frome, Somerset BA11 1RE, United Kingdom ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is not open outside the eligible area, specifically including but not limited to Canada, the European Union and the United Kingdom. A separate promotion runs in the United Kingdom under its own rules; an entry cannot be made under both.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and members of their households are ineligible. Entries must be submitted by individuals on their own behalf. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules, subject to their mandatory statutory rights.

3. Sweepstakes entry period

The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00:00 p.m. GMT on November 1, 2026, which is 8:00:00 a.m. EST, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on November 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's synchronized entry records are the official timekeeping records, subject to correction of demonstrable errors.

Mail entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by December 6, 2026 (the "Mail Receipt Deadline"). No entry may be submitted before the Promotion Period begins.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are free to use and neither improves on the other.

Entry through an order

During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.sweetbeeorganics.com (the "Website") and place an eligible order, supplying your own accurate name, residential address and email address. An eligible order is a genuine retail order placed by an eligible individual on the Website, accepted by Sponsor with successful payment authorization during the Promotion Period. Each such order counts once, irrespective of the number of products ordered.

Abandoned carts, failed payments, test orders, orders placed in person at Sponsor's premises, wholesale or resale orders, and orders placed outside the Promotion Period do not qualify. Orders containing a gift card do not qualify.

Entry occurs when Sponsor's system records successful acceptance and payment authorization, not when a cart is created or checkout begins. Merely placing an order does not guarantee a prize. A nonwinning order is processed, fulfilled and charged under the ordinary purchase terms. A winning order is also fulfilled, and the prize is the refund described at section 7. All purchases remain subject to applicable consumer rights and to Sponsor's lawful purchase and return terms.

Free mail entry

To enter without buying anything, handprint legibly on a plain sheet of paper your full name, complete residential mailing address, email address, phone number and the statement "Lucky 7". Place the sheet in a properly addressed envelope with normal prepaid postage and mail it to:

Lucky 7, Sweet Bee Organics, 2709 Lasalle St, St. Louis, MO 63104, United States.

Each envelope may contain one entry. A person may send further separate envelopes provided this does not exceed the combined four entry limit at section 5. No receipt, product, payment to Sponsor or purchase information is required. Ordinary postal charges apply. First class mail is sufficient; no tracked, certified or premium postal service is required or receives preferential treatment. Entries must satisfy both the postmark and receipt deadlines. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt; a missing or illegible postmark will be assessed using reliable postal evidence, without arbitrary rejection.

Mail entries will be logged promptly under a documented receipt procedure. Each entry will be assigned its actual receipt date and, where available, time at the designated address. Entries received together without a reliable order of receipt will be randomly ordered using a verifiable process. For the combined per person entry limit, an order's acceptance timestamp and a mail entry's receipt timestamp determine priority, with verifiable random ordering for otherwise unresolved ties. Sponsor will not delay or reorder entries to influence winners. Mail entry does not require an online account. Nonwinning mail entrants will not receive a notification.

Please note that the two routes win different prizes. An order entry wins a refund of that order, as set out at section 7. A mail entry wins a gift card at the average value of the refunds awarded during the Promotion Period, as set out at section 8. Both routes have the same one in seven chance of winning.

5. Entry limit and general entry requirements

Limit four entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry, number of orders, email addresses or accounts. For example, three eligible order entries and one eligible mail entry exhaust the limit. Each eligible order or mail submission provides one entry; purchasing additional items or spending more on an order does not provide additional entries.

Only a person's first four otherwise eligible entries, determined under the chronological procedures in these Official Rules, will count. Subsequent orders may still be accepted and charged in the ordinary course but do not provide entries and do not count toward the order entry sequence. This limitation is set out in these rules, which are linked wherever the Promotion is advertised.

Sponsor will reconcile both methods using the entrant's name, address, email and other reasonably necessary identifiers. Participants may not use different identities, accounts or addresses to evade the limit. Bona fide separate members of a household may each enter. Entries submitted through agents, bulk entry services, bots or other automated entry tools, and fraudulent, materially incomplete or illegible entries, are void. Normal accessibility aids and ordinary website checkout tools are permitted. No marketing subscription or consent to unrelated advertising is required to enter or to receive a prize.

6. Winner determination

Order entries. All eligible order entries are placed in a single continuous chronological sequence starting at one at the beginning of the Promotion Period. Eligible order entries numbered 7, 14, 21, 28 and each subsequent multiple of seven hold a winning position. The counter does not restart daily or for each customer. Simultaneously accepted orders are sequenced using the Website's auditable transaction sequence.

Mail entries. All eligible mail entries are placed in a separate continuous sequence starting at one. Eligible mail entries numbered 7, 14, 21, 28 and each subsequent multiple of seven hold a winning position. This counter does not restart daily. Entries timely postmarked and received by the Mail Receipt Deadline are included even if processed after November 30, 2026.

The two counters are separate. Each complete group of seven eligible entries within a sequence produces one winning position; an incomplete final group produces no winner. This is a sequential selection mechanic, not a random drawing. One winning position exists per seven eligible entries in each sequence, but that ratio does not establish an independently randomized one in seven chance for every entrant. Results depend on an entry's position and on total participation. No live counter will be disclosed or made available for manipulation. Sponsor and its service providers may not place entries to occupy or alter winning positions.

If the entry holding a winning position cannot take the prize, because the order was cancelled, had already been refunded in whole or in part, was placed by or on behalf of Sponsor, or failed the verification or fraud checks described in these Official Rules, that entry keeps its position in the sequence and the prize passes to the next entry within the same group of seven that can take it. If no entry in that group can take the prize, section 10 applies. Positions are never renumbered.

Only eligible entries within the combined entry limit advance a counter. The system and the mail administration therefore verify eligibility and the combined entry limit before counting an entry. Once a valid entry has occupied a position, a later ordinary return or cancellation does not renumber other valid entries or shift an already determined winner. Any verified fraud or technical error will be handled under sections 10 and 11, without arbitrary changes to valid winning positions. Sponsor will maintain an auditable record of counting, verification, notifications and awards.

7. Order refund prizes

Each verified order winner will receive a refund equal to the total amount actually paid for the winning order after discounts, subject to a maximum of $1,000. Orders containing a gift card are not eligible. The refund will be issued in U.S. dollars to the original payment method. A winner keeps the products purchased, subject to ordinary lawful fulfillment and return terms.

Approximately two to three hours after a winning order is placed, Sponsor will send confirmation to the order email address, and will initiate the refund at the same time following the required automated eligibility checks. The notice will accurately identify whether the refund has been initiated or completed; payment provider posting times vary, and funds usually reach the account within five to ten business days.

A refund already credited cannot be claimed a second time through a return, cancellation or chargeback. If a winner lawfully returns products, applicable consumer rights remain intact, but the same payment will not be refunded twice. Sponsor will provide an equivalent monetary payment if a valid prize refund cannot be returned through the original payment method.

8. Mail entry gift card prizes

Each verified mail entry winner will receive one electronic Sweet Bee Organics gift card. The face value will equal the arithmetic mean of the refund prizes awarded to verified order winners in this Sweepstakes during the entire Promotion Period, calculated after the order winning records are finalized and rounded up to the nearest cent. Only refund prizes awarded under this Sweepstakes are included; unrelated returns, refunds and nonwinning orders are excluded. A later ordinary return does not reduce the recorded prize value. Each order winning prize is included once, including multiple valid wins by one person.

Gift cards are issued in U.S. dollars and are redeemable on https://www.sweetbeeorganics.com toward products. No purchase exceeding the gift card balance is required; any unused balance remains available for later use. The cards will have no expiry date and no service, inactivity or redemption fees. They are not redeemable for cash except as required by law and are not transferable for resale. Sponsor will replace an undelivered or unusable code after reasonable verification. All material redemption restrictions are disclosed before entry; ordinary gift card terms cannot reduce the rights granted by these Official Rules.

Sponsor will notify potential mail entry winners by email on or about December 10, 2026, and will send each verified winner the gift card by email. The email will state the gift card amount and redemption instructions. Nonwinning mail entrants will not be notified.

9. Prize numbers and values

The number of order refund prizes equals the number of complete groups of seven eligible order entries. The number of mail entry gift card prizes equals the number of complete groups of seven eligible mail entries. The value of each refund prize depends on the winning order and is capped at $1,000. The gift card value is determined under section 8.

A person may win on each of their four valid entries, for a maximum of four prizes. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable at the winner's election, except where law requires otherwise. If fulfillment becomes impossible for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may provide a substitute of equal or greater value that does not materially disadvantage the winner, subject to applicable law. Sponsor will not substitute a gift card for an order refund prize without the winner's agreement.

10. Verification and fulfillment

All potential winners remain subject to verification of eligibility, entry limits and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may request reasonable proof of identity, age, residence and any tax information legally required to report or deliver a prize. Do not send sensitive identification or tax documents with a mail entry. Verification requests will identify a secure response method and allow at least fourteen days from the request, together with a reasonable extension where appropriate. No fee, purchase, marketing consent or broad publicity release is required to claim a prize.

For an undeliverable winner email, Sponsor will make a reasonable further contact attempt using available entry information before treating the prize as unclaimed. A potential winner may be disqualified for demonstrated ineligibility, fraud, refusal of reasonably necessary lawful verification, or failure to respond after reasonable notice and opportunity.

Where a prize cannot be awarded within the group of seven under section 6, it will, where lawful and practicable, be awarded through a documented random selection from other eligible nonwinning entries in the same entry sequence after final verification. No alternate award may exceed the four prize limit. Sponsor will not withhold a validly won prize merely because its estimate of participation or prize cost was exceeded.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes legally imposed on them in connection with prizes. Sponsor will comply with applicable reporting and withholding obligations and will not require a winner to pay Sponsor a fee to receive a prize.

11. Extraordinary events

Sponsor may disqualify a participant upon reasonable evidence of material rule violations, fraud, tampering, intentional interference with fair administration or attempts to evade the entry limit. Sponsor may pursue remedies available by law for intentional damage or interference. Sponsor's reasonable administrative determinations are subject to applicable law, correction of error and participants' rights to challenge them.

If fraud, a material technical failure, a postal disruption or another event outside Sponsor's reasonable control makes fair administration impossible, Sponsor may suspend only the affected portion for as long as reasonably necessary or, as a last resort, modify or terminate it, subject to applicable law and required regulatory permissions. Sponsor will give prompt notice on the Website, preserve valid entries and accrued prize rights, and use a fair, independently supervised procedure where required to award affected prizes. Sponsor will not retroactively reduce a valid prize, change a result for commercial convenience, or extend a deadline merely because participation was lower than anticipated. Any closing date change must be legally permissible and must not unfairly disadvantage existing or prospective entrants.

12. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective service providers, officers, directors and employees are not responsible for failures outside their reasonable control, including postal loss, third party network outages, email filtering or payment provider posting delays. This provision does not excuse Sponsor's own legally actionable conduct or its obligation to administer the Sweepstakes fairly and award valid prizes. Participants should retain order confirmations and copies of correspondence.

To the extent permitted by law, participants release those parties from claims arising from participation or use of a prize, except claims arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of a nonexcludable duty or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory right. No provision waives a remedy or imposes a damages cap where doing so would be unlawful. Product warranties and rights concerning the underlying purchase remain available.

13. Privacy and winner information

Sponsor will use entry and winner information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud and comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations. Sponsor's applicable privacy notice is available at https://www.sweetbeeorganics.com/policies/privacy-policy. Information may be shared with processors, fulfillment providers, advisers and regulators as necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable safeguards. Entry does not automatically enroll a participant in marketing.

To request information confirming valid awards, write to Sponsor at its UK address with "Lucky 7 winners" and a return email or postal address by February 1, 2027. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor will make available winners' surnames and state and prize information, without publishing street addresses, email addresses or sensitive identifiers. Entrants may object to publication or request reduced disclosure by writing to Sponsor before disclosure. Sponsor may still provide required information to regulators. Additional use of a winner's name, image or testimonial in advertising requires separate voluntary consent. Required government winner reports are not limited by these public disclosure provisions.

14. Governing law and contact

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent mandatory laws of a participant's place of residence apply. Participants retain all nonwaivable protections and may bring proceedings in any court available to them under applicable law, including their home courts where legally permitted. Nothing in these Official Rules imposes mandatory arbitration, a class action waiver or exclusive foreign court jurisdiction on a consumer. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful, without altering the essential prize promises or participants' mandatory rights.
