We are currently looking for creative and intelligent production assistants to help with the day to day operations of Sweet Bee Organics. A great production assistant will have the ability to think critically, problem solve, have fun, and work independently. They also are interested in growing with Sweet Bee Organics and plan to assist long-term.

What does a production assistant do?

-pack and ship orders
- assist with product production
-label, package, and store products
-Cleaning product dishes, utensils, and machinery
-Assist with deliveries and unloading
-Organize product and ingredient shelves
-Maintain cleanliness of workspace

What type of skills do production assistants need?

-Some college preferred
-Dropshipping or warehouse experience is appreciated
-Problem solving
-Basic math skills
-Excellent communication
-Positive, ambitious attitude
-Critical thinking (think outside the box)
-Ability to keep workspace clean and organized
-Punctual and reliable

What does a shift look like for a Production Assistant?

-9 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday
-Flexible hours (you choose what hours and days between 9AM-5PM work best for you)
-Part-time
