Directions

Apply a grape-sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. For children apply only to bottoms of feet. For migraines, apply to the head an neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heartspace as needed.

Many of our customers use Sweet Sleep alongside their medications and magnesium supplements, but if you have any concerns we'd always recommend speaking to a pharmacist or GP.

How long does a jar of Sweet Sleep last?

Using the recommended grape-sized dose every day, our 120ml jar should last around a month and our 250ml jar just over two months.

Is Sweet Sleep suitable for children?

Sweet Sleep is wonderful for little ones, and it's safe for children 6 months and up. We recommend a pea size amount massaged gently onto each foot.

Best sleep ever!

An absolute miracle for sleepless nights!

I had been seeing your ads on Facebook for awhile and finally decided to buy this for my boyfriend who suffers from insomnia. It was going to be a Christmas gift for him. Sadly, he unexpectedly passed away the week before Christmas. Heartbroken, I found myself unable to sleep at night through fits of uncontrollable sobbing so I decided to open his gift and try the butter. I rubbed a little on my feet and then put on socks. Oh wow!!

I was curious when I saw an ad pop up on Instagram as there are nights I have restless sleep. Bought the smaller container and started using it the night I got it. I slept okay that night but the next night after rubbing it into the soles of my feet and climbing into bed, I fell asleep quickly once the lights were off. Same every night since! It works!

Like many others, I was skeptical of the product. However several reviews encouraged me to reconsider. I just used the magnesium butter, and I am happy to report it works! Since I purchased the trial size I will have to buy the larger size. I also love the smooth buttery texture.
Last night, I had the best-uninterrupted sleep in years. I slept peacefully for a straight 8 hours! As instructed, I rubbed the magnesium butter into my calves and feet and then put on my socks. I was out for the night.
