Reishi Mushrooms - contain hundreds of biologically active molecules which enable the wellbeing and longevity, of the cardiovascular system and the brain. They are a powerful anti-inflammatory, decrease the symptoms of allergies and stress and promote hormonal balance. Reishi also promotes a healthy sleep pattern. 

Chaga Mushrooms - have also been used to treat many ailments, resolve digestive issues, manage blood sugars, lower bad cholesterol levels, and make hair and skin shinier, healthier and more youthful.  

Maca root powder – is a great source of important vitamins and minerals. It has also been used traditionally to balance hormones, enhance libido and fertility, uplift moods and increase energy.

Cinnamon – for its uplifting and anti-inflammatory properties, and support in fighting all sorts of nasties.

We offer two sizes of our Sacred Roots blend – the hearty 250g jar and a smaller 195g jar that comes without coconut sugar; for you to choose your own sweetener and sweetness.

Mix 1-2 tbsp with a little milk of your choice to form a paste. Warm the rest of the milk and blend with the paste using a hand whisk or blender for a restorative and nourishing drink. Take a mindful moment to enjoy.
