Cara Shaw is the In-House Nutritionist at Sweet Bee Organics, specialising in women’s health, sleep and nutritional therapy.

Working closely with founder Hollie King, Cara supports the brand’s educational approach to wellbeing, helping translate nutrition and lifestyle insights into simple, supportive rituals.

Her focus is on the deeper patterns that influence sleep from blood sugar balance to nervous system regulation with an emphasis on small, sustainable habits that help restore the body’s natural rhythm.
