Sleep is one of the most common challenges shared within the Sweet Bee community.
Many women find themselves waking during the night, struggling to switch off, or feeling tired but unable to fully rest.
As Cara explains, this isn’t surprising:
“Modern life doesn’t make sleep easy. We’re constantly stimulated, and our nervous systems rarely get the signal that it’s safe to slow down.”
Rather than a single cause, disrupted sleep is often the result of a combination of factors including stress, lifestyle and nutritional patterns all influencing the body’s natural rhythm.
