Directions

Apply a grape-sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. For children apply only to bottoms of feet. For migraines, apply to the head an neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heartspace as needed.

Sweet Sleep is wonderful for soothing restless legs and cramps during pregnancy. So many of our customers find it healing and beneficial! Once again, if you do have any medical concerns, it's always best to check with your GP.

Can I use Sweet Sleep while taking medications or magnesium supplements?

Many of our customers use Sweet Sleep alongside their medications and magnesium supplements, but if you have any concerns we'd always recommend speaking to a pharmacist or GP.

How long does a jar of Sweet Sleep last?

Using the recommended grape-sized dose every day, our 120ml jar should last around a month and our 250ml jar just over two months.

Is Sweet Sleep suitable for children?

Sweet Sleep is wonderful for little ones, and it's safe for children 6 months and up. We recommend a pea size amount massaged gently onto each foot.

Simply, it works

I have sleep apnea and no matter what I do my body would not stay sleep for more than 5 hours, I found myself forcing myself to stay late hoping to go to bed dead tired, unfortunately I would still wake up 5 hrs later. I was this product and said why not, I took a shower and rubbed it on the bottom of my feet and on my calves, next thing I know I woke up 7 hrs later, wow, I couldn’t believe it.

Smooth, silky, amazing.

This butter is INCREDIBLE. It is soft and sily. It isn't greasy or oily. It rubs in so nicely. It smells so good- like lavender essential oil and not synthetic lavender scent. But that's not even the best part. I haven't had restless leg since I started using it. I fall asleep really quickly, too.
I also use it on my chest for anxiety at bedtime and it is very calming. I love this so much! It's awesome.

Little jar of heaven

Helps my anxiety SO much

I was skeptical of this, but I impulse bought it off of instagram because I’ll try anything to help my anxiety. I get acupuncture weekly for it and am on anxiety meds. This stuff is seriously a game changer. I started to feel like my old self about a week after using it, and now I use it every night religiously. I don’t really like the feel of it on my feet, but I put on socks while I sleep and now that I’ve gotten used to it, I don’t even notice it. It’s seriously awesome.
