Directions

Apply a grape-sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. For children apply only to bottoms of feet. For migraines, apply to the head an neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heartspace as needed.

Can I use Sweet Sleep while taking medications or magnesium supplements?

Many of our customers use Sweet Sleep alongside their medications and magnesium supplements, but if you have any concerns we'd always recommend speaking to a pharmacist or GP.

How long does a jar of Sweet Sleep last?

Using the recommended grape-sized dose every day, our 120ml jar should last around a month and our 250ml jar just over two months.

Is Sweet Sleep suitable for children?

Sweet Sleep is wonderful for little ones, and it's safe for children 6 months and up. We recommend a pea size amount massaged gently onto each foot.

Say Goodbye to Restless Legs

I’ve tried a lot of things for restless legs, and have to say this product is amazing! It actually works! My legs woke me up from twitching, so I put this magnesium butter on both knees and, voila, no more twitching. I’ve been using it every night and haven’t had any more restless leg issues. I’m so thankful I found this product and will be recommending to everyone I meet with RLS.

I never write reviews but my experience with Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter has prompted me to share.: it works! I don’t know how but this really works for me! I was skeptical when I first tried it but from the very first night I stopped waking up to use the restroom. I sleep now through the entire night! Plus I wake up feeling refreshed! The texture IS a little gritty but that doesn’t bother me. As soon on as it heats up any grittiness disappears. Yes, my jar has separated a little too - that doesn’t bother me either. The fragrance of lavender is soothing and I just sleep better now. I use it just on the bottom of my feet right before I go to bed and it works fine for me. Highly recommend!
