Reishi also promotes a healthy sleep pattern. 

Chaga Mushrooms - have also been used to treat many ailments, resolve digestive issues, manage blood sugars, lower bad cholesterol levels, and make hair and skin shinier, healthier and more youthful.  

Maca root powder – is a great source of important vitamins and minerals. It has also been used traditionally to balance hormones, enhance libido and fertility, uplift moods and increase energy.

Mix 1-2 tbsp with a little milk of your choice to form a paste. Warm the rest of the milk and blend with the paste using a hand whisk or bender for a restorative and nourishing drink. Take a mindful moment to enjoy.
