We worked closely with a leading mycologist to formulate Inner Wisdom Balance using a considered blend of 7 functional mushrooms with vanilla, nutmeg, roasted chicory root, wild yam root and a sprinkling of organic coconut sugar.

Place 1-2 tablespoons of balance in mug, warm about 250ml of your choice of milk to just below boiling. add just a small splash of milk into the mixture and stir or whisk to make a paste. Then slowly incorporate the rest of the milk. Sip slowly, breathe deep, and enjoy!
Or place 1-2 tablespoons of Balance in a saucepan, then add 8.5 fl.oz of of your choice of milk then heat until it is drinking temperature all whilst whisking or stirring.

Gotta say, I wasn't sure if this would help but I didn't have anything to lose. My hot flashes/night sweats kicked in with a bang, soaking my pillow case and sheets. Along with racing heart and mind in the middle of the night lasting throughout most of my day. From day one of using this, my racing heart/mind stopped immediately. Night sweats have calmed down immensely, now they're just a milder warm up for a quick minute and gone. My rest is much better! Definitely looking forward to continuing this, as it's much better than other options out there. Side note, I can't/don't drink milk due to autoimmune issues. I have my hot green tea in the morning, with 1 tblspn of Inner Wisdom, stirring it as I take each drink . I don't mind the earthy/nutty flavor it adds, as some others have stated. I enjoy these type of flavors and am not overly sensitive to the grainy part at the end of my tea. I just add some more hot tea and finish it up. Knowing the benefits outweigh everything else, drinking a little grainy part at the end is well worth it! Thankful I found this product. Thank you Sweet Bee!!
I'm currently on my 8ish bottle and when I say just try it you'll be amazed, I'm dead serious! I'm 58 and have had severe hot flashes for 20 years since my hysto. I literally have tried everything except rx hormones due to my family history of breast cancer and when I say NOTHING helped like these mushrooms!!! I mean nothing!!! Now I have a 7pm flash and that's it!
You know you have an issue when your own mother says "again" with every flash 😩
The best way I've found to mix without to much grainy texture, I put mine in coffee....powder with a couple oz of coffee and use a frother, then add creamer and top of with coffee. It helps with the bitter flavor for me to use creamer. I don't do milk of any kind, this is what works for me, hopefully you can find your best life with Inner Wisdom like me 🤓😊

As a pre-menopausal woman, 55 YO, I focus on weight training, nutrition, and hydration as my pillars. Supplements have been a focus in my 40’s and 50’s. Definitely see the change and transition as I’m aging.
Adding this to my morning “sludge” (greens and reds) is so simple, whizz it right up and down it goes.
