I purchased a gift card from the web under the promo spend 100$ and receive an additional 10$ gift card. I purchased 100$ for my wife's Birthday, thinking I will get 110$ for my wife. Turns out I was wrong...I received the 100$ but not the additional 10$. I emailed them using the "contact us" portal and have not received any communication. I'm very disappointed because the products are very good.
