We're based in lovely Frome in Somerset, UK!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It can take up to five working days for us to get our orders ready to be dispatched. Once it's been sent out, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel's progress.

Do you ship to the Republic of Ireland?

We're still shipping to the Republic of Ireland, and for orders under €150 you shouldn't encounter any customs charges. If you'd like to shop in euros, just scroll right to the bottom of our page, and you can change the currency in the drop-down menu.

Great Product, Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a gift card from the web under the promo spend 100$ and receive an additional 10$ gift card. I purchased 100$ for my wife's Birthday, thinking I will get 110$ for my wife. Turns out I was wrong...I received the 100$ but not the additional 10$. I emailed them using the "contact us" portal and have not received any communication. I'm very disappointed because the products are very good.
